School of Early Childhood Care and Primary Education is one of the 5 schools of the College of Education, Afaha Nsit. The school consisted of three (3) major departments which include Primary Education Department, Early Childhood Care and Education Department and the Department of Adult and Non-formal Education. The School of Early Childhood Care and Primary Education awards NCE and B.Ed Certificates to qualified candidates. This school is fundamental to the success of all the other levels of Education in Nigeria. In order to build a strong and reliant society as stated in the National Policy on Education the School’s academic programmes are organized to equip the students with relevant skills that would enable them develop to their fullest capacity to meet with societal demands and fulfill their civil responsibilities for posterity. The school is headed by Dr. Grace A. Eneh (Dean)
